Fort Lauderdale Master Plan

The proposed Master Plan of Broward Boulevard produces a paradigm shift by establishing an ecological and social response. Derived from the existing green conditions as well as excessive and easily convertible parking lots, the proposal creates green 'fingers' that engage the city. Working in harmony with the existing context. The the green fingers also allow the city to breathe and ventilate, diminishing the heat island effect.
